Functions and features
1) Data collection and storage: the system can automatically detect and record continuously and show the flue gas desulfurization (nitrate) during the processing of each craft link, each time level, PH, output of the water, the production data, the production equipment operation condition, etc. The data will be stored for one year, and can be querted and readed at any time.
2) Automatic protection: DCS/PLC can comprehensive analysis the collected data, judge the possible accidents during production, automatic alarm and take preventive measures to prevent accidents and expand actively, and achieve the purpose of protection of personal and equipment.
3) Automatic control and regulation:When the system is in automatic control mode, it can automatic switching device of alternating open and adjust part of the equipment or strength according to the technical parameters, working condition of equipment and control requirements, set in a specified time period, the logical order and set the process parameters of automatic start-stop device.
4) Production management: The system can coordinate and manage the plant production process scheduling, print report, trend curve and stick figure, automatically generated with figure according to the production technology of flue gas desulfurization (nitrate) processing system, field instruments detected data, production equipment in the operation of the power and switch signals and management of laboratory data and other information.
